Beach or pier? It is best to visit both, because they are among the superlatives in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. The fine sandy beach lures with a length of five kilometers. There you will find a quiet spot even on busy days. The pier, inaugurated in 1992, is only 290 meters long, but it allows barrier-free access to the Baltic Sea. The third oldest Baltic Sea resort in Mecklenburg with its 5 km long beach was discovered by the Bothmer family at the beginning of the 19th century for bathing. Along the beach promenade there are many villa-like holiday homes worth seeing. A walk on the 290 m long, barrier-free pier of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, which was inaugurated in 1992, is one of the special experiences - and if you walk the pier out onto the Baltic Sea, you will see the white sandy beach, the loving place and the calming sea.
