This path is very nice to go barefoot. However, at high tide the bridge in the middle of the path is under water!

The bridge is now barely accessible, not only at high tide. Even without water, it is difficult to reach, as there is a totally muddy mudflat in front of and behind the bridge. You slide towards the bridge and then have to climb the significantly higher bridge. The railing is not of much help, it only starts on the bridge. For people who do not have the strength in their legs to push themselves up the step out of the mud, this bridge can become an insurmountable obstacle. If you have to turn around here and come from the direction of St. Peter Dorf, the way back to St. Peter Bad is a detour of several kilometers. Here it would be nice to touch up the bridge or at least a sign that it is restricted in use.
Otherwise, this path through the salt marshes offers silence and relaxation in a natural landscape of its own.
