About Ebba und Tjorva🐾

The tour is well signposted and runs along the edge of Itzehoe. Accordingly, there is always a slight sound of cars and city noise. Because almost all roads are gravel, I don't have such a real feeling of nature. We met many dogs and their owners. If you live there, it is certainly ideal for dog laps, but for me it is not interesting enough to go there.

A wonderful round with always new impressions.
The mountains with their small paths and the viewing platform. The small pond at the thatched roof courtyard and then again a lot of original forest. The Budschimoor, which is currently presented in a very special color. The river landscape of the Teen Valley is completely different.
A beautiful nature through which easily accessible paths lead. Most of the time I was completely alone and enjoyed it with all my senses.
@ Uli, thanks for the tip, it was more than worth it.
Komoot thought the tour was simply stupid, the first time was the most frequent announcement: turn right / left and then turn around if possible. It doesn't matter if it's gone, no matter if I was right or wrong. In between it ran, but shortly before the end again a triangle to Oeversee, across over everything. I deleted that, so a piece of the tour is now missing.

A short lunchtime tour of Friedrichstadt, this time also looking up. There is always something to discover.

A beautiful, wide and paved natural path leads once around the lake. Now not very busy on workdays at lunchtime. That should look different on the weekend. Started at the parking lot directly in the village, it goes quickly down to the lake. The monastery island with its impressive buildings is on the right. No dog bans on the entire lake, just signs to leash the dogs. There are many small direct entrances to the lake and benches that invite you to sit down and let the lake work its magic.
A variety of birds can be observed here. The signs not to feed them please seem to work well. No birds come to the shore to beg for something tasty. This creates the chance to observe their natural behavior and it can get loud and brutal.
This round is well suited for people who are no longer so good on foot and it can also be safely used with a stroller or similar. deal with .
Back at the car, there is a small land slaughterhouse opposite with an absolutely delicious lunch to take away and of course other meat and sausage products from our own slaughter. Of course, a sausage for Tjorva also had to be included.

Komoot sometimes gives you wings. In the middle of the lap, a triangle appeared on the map as a run route. The speed increased to 19km / h. No matter ways, no matter rivers. I went with Komoot to record the tour. Then nothing was right for a moment. I also can't prune it to get correct. The inclines are also really remarkable
The tour was very beautiful due to the sun's rays, which always illuminated individual patches of forest. The paths are varied and you can always choose between smaller paths and wider paths. Most of them are easy to walk on and hardly muddy at this time either.

With the most beautiful sunshine, a tour along the Eider is a good idea at this time of year. Here the sun shines undisturbed at any time of the day.
Starting from the parking lot of the Multimar, it goes over the dike past the sheep and the Multimar Wattforum.
So we get to the old port and then over the bridge it goes directly to the Eider. At this time of year we walk down along the bathing area and back on the dike. During the season, dogs are only allowed to run on the dike or in the exercise area.
Now it goes to the market square with the church and the carillon. Continue through the castle park and then over again over the bridge.
In Tönning there is a lot to look at, the old house doors, entrance gate with whale bones, turrets on the houses and the already decorated packing house, because unfortunately there will be no Christmas market this year.

A round in which art and nature alternate. There is a lot to discover and it is always worth taking a closer look. The wider hiking trails are easily accessible. The small, narrow ones are very muddy in many places.
I didn't even find the path that starts behind the hotel, because to me it just looked like a hotel car park.
This path leads past Hubertusplatz. A place of worship of pagans and Christians united. A place of tranquility, here everyone can feel for themselves who is accompanying them invisibly on their tours.
After that, the path turns into a mostly muddy beaten path. The small bridge is easy to use.

The second route that day. In between picnic in the car and then started again from Dänisch Nienhof.
Follow the signs to the beach from the parking lot and then continue on the cliff path.
Here, too, you can hear the rustling of the Baltic Sea, the view from the steep coast is completely different. The path leads directly past some breaks. There the dogs come on a leash so that they are secured against falling. Back down on the beach they get their freedom again. There were hardly any other people either up on the path or on the beach. So we could fully immerse ourselves in this landscape designed by nature. Take a deep breath and enjoy, that is also possible on a gray day.
It was exciting to watch the seagull that had caught a large fish and tried to swallow it all the way down.

It was and remained a gray day. Still it was nice. The beach was pretty lonely, the rustling of the Baltic Sea accompanied us. The dogs were having fun.
