Church of Saint Euphemia
In the place of today's St.Eufemia church there was once a small St. George's chapel, which became too narrow for all pilgrims soon after the appearance of the sarcophagus. At the beginning of the 10th century, the inhabitants of Rovinj started a new, to build a bigger church.
