Small cabin, which is very clean, cozy bed storage, good food. Operation sometimes stressed. From the hut you have a nice view of the Sessladtal.

The Niederelbehütte was built in 1930/31 in the Seßladtal Valley in the Verwall Group, within the municipality of Kappl, at an altitude of 2,310 meters above sea level. In 1966/67, the hut was extensively expanded and equipped with its own hydroelectric power plant. The hut has long been awarded the Environmental Quality Seal. The hut is supplied by a freight elevator from the Paznaun Valley.Since 1938, all three tenants have borne the name Rudigier. Martha and Hubert Rudigier have leased the hut since 1999, taking over from Hubert's parents, who had been tenants for 20 years. In the mountains, you can not only experience nature but also enjoy good food, as the culinary Way of St. James demonstrates. The hut is open from the end of June to around the end of September.
