Trails, trails, trails - and in a very pleasant ratio of uphill to downhill: On this round you use two mountain railways, which ensure that you experience today pure downhill fun. Nevertheless, your calves are not idle: At around 30 kilometers, you can really power up - and if you do not get enough, you just hang one more lap, the mountain railways make it possible. The tour starts at the mountain station of the Flimjochbahn - until here you can comfortably enjoy the beautiful mountain landscape from the gondola. Once at the top, a delightful downhill starts down to Ravaisch. There are all sorts of trail variations waiting for you, so you can flow rather flowig to the valley or let you shake properly. Once you arrive down there, you simply sit in the mountain railway and let you get back up to the mountain quickly and comfortably. The best comes to the end: The descent down to Ischgl is a dream! Wonderful lakes and wonderful vantage points always invite you to take short breaks, which you should treat yourself to. From now on, it's just downhill - so you're in no hurry. In addition, you have your goal mostly in view, the view of Ischgl is sometimes really fascinating. And it stirs up the anticipation: Once at the bottom, you can look for a small bar or a beer garden in the cozy place and treat yourself to your well deserved après-bike beer.Tip:
If you are on holiday in Paznaun, you will receive the Silvretta Card from your landlord upon arrival, which includes free use of the cable cars.

In the front Paznauntal is the cozy community Kappl, nestled amid alpine pastures, the Alps and the mighty mountains of the Verwall and Samnaungruppe a nice starting point for this tour. With the help of the Dias gondola lift, you can check out the trails northeast of Ischgl today and we can promise you one thing: Here you can expect 100% mountain bike fun!Main protagonist of this tour is the brand new Dias Trail, which was opened in the summer of 2018. It starts in the Sunny Mountain adventure park, which you can reach directly with the Dias cable car. At 1,812 meters, it starts. About flowy trails you drive through initially dense forest, which opens in the lower part of it, until you roll over open meadows through Egg and continue to the center of Kappl. The Dias Trail is truly a picture-perfect single trail, with no artificial stops and jumps. If you love nature trails, he is an absolute insider tip.And best of all, thanks to the cable car, you can drive it as often as you want or just until you can not. And it's even better, because you're spoiled for choice. If you do not turn left at the branch to the Dias Trail, but you get to the right, you will reach another great trail, which leads you fast and over quite technical passages also back to Kappl. In the end, however, the same question awaits you: Do you have enough or will you take the gondola up again? Actually, the answer is clear, right?

Funny rippling mountain streams, wonderful views and cozy restaurants offer good reasons for a short break. At the latest on Zeinissee you have earned this honestly. This glorious freeride tour follows in the footsteps of the ancient smugglers. Why they used this trail in the past, you'll quickly notice it on the go: Except for a few cows, you'll hardly meet anyone here. But always in order. Because before the trail fun begins, you can first sit back and let you from Ischgl from the Silvrettaseilbahn and the Flimjochbahn relaxed to start the tour. Once at the top you enjoy the amazing view, put on the helmet and off you go!Always running along the border, meanders the compact gravel road along the mountain ridge. It requires a lot of fitness - the climbs are sometimes so steep that you have to push the bike a bit. After you have passed the valley station of the Greitspitzbahn, a trail of the extra class for an incredible sense of freedom. At over 2,700 meters, it's always up to the Salaaser head along the ridge. From now on, the downhill part starts. Then a cozy forest road takes you to the mountain station Alp Trider Sattel. Now the Flow Trail provides a lot of downhill fun and leads you to the Alp Trida. Here you can let the Flimsattelbahn take you back to the starting point of the trail. Once at the top there is an almost endless descent back to Ischgl waiting for you.Tip: If you still want to ride a trail, you can extend the tour by the "Duty Free Ride Laret-Samnaun", which starts at the Alp Trida and leads you down to Laret. From there the Twinliner cable car takes you up to the Alp Trider Sattel.

On this tour, you can collect a few meters - and reward yourself royally! Because after the climb in the Medrigalm a delicious refreshment awaits you and of course a fantastic view. Then you have the choice: If you still have enough power, it is worth a detour to the Ascherhütte. Otherwise you can look forward to the flowing descent back to the lake, which you can crown with a dip in the cool bathing lake.Incidentally, there are several alternatives for this tour to save energy: the Medrigjochbahn and the Zeinisbahn will gladly take most of the ascent on request, leaving more power to enjoy the descent. If you prefer to cycle yourself and still want to be a little more relaxed, you can rent an e-bike at the Sportshop See. All information can be found here: see.at/de/Active/Active-Summer/Biken/Bikeverleih.

On this short round you will get a great impression of the many possibilities that Kappl and its surroundings offer. Whether on the e-bike or with conventional drive via calf - there are great trails, cozy mountain huts and breathtaking views! You start down in Kappl and follow a quiet side street. Shortly before Oberhaus you turn off onto a forest road, which now leads you slowly over several serpentines uphill. As you pass the Bergli-Alp, the trees slowly become smaller and the breathtaking views of the valley and the surrounding mountain peaks unfold before you - a little taste of what's to come. The highlight in the truest sense of the word is the Dias Alpe at almost 1,900 meters altitude. Here you can take a little breather and strengthen yourself. If you still have time and desire, up here are many opportunities to extend the tour something. For example, you can take a trip to the Sesslad Alpe. Worthwhile is also a visit to the Sunny Mountain Adventure Park, especially if you are traveling with children. The way back is definitely a highlight. On a beautiful forest you come back to Kappl - alternatively, you can take the action-packed slide trail. It starts at the top of the adventure park and ends at the bottom in Kappl.

This short round is perfect for discovering the Galtür area - whether on a conventional mountain bike or an e-mountain bike. With a bit of extra power, you can almost fly up the mountain and enjoy the great views of the valley and on top of the Zeinissee all the more. If you do not have one, but would like to try out an e-bike, you can simply borrow one at the bike shops in Galtür.From the starting point in the center, head north and cross the last few houses to the Vermuntbach (which, by the way, merges with the Jambach almost 100 meters down the valley and then called Trisanna) and heads into the valley towards Zeinisjoch. Alternating on asphalt and gravel, after about 4.5 kilometers you reach the 1,842 meter high crossing, which also represents the border between the provinces of Tyrol and Vorarlberg. On dirt roads, it goes down to the lake, where an inn and a campground are located. On the other side of the lake, you will now drive along the asphalt road back to Zeinisjoch and then back the same route you took on the way up.
