It doesn't have to be the Ischgl Ironbike: If you like to ride an e-bike and still want to get a little bit of marathon air, the E-Bike World Cup offers everyone a great opportunity. The route runs in a wide loop from Ischgl over the Lareinalm via Galtür to Mathon and back again and covers about 28 kilometers with around 800 meters of altitude. The route offers great views and cozy resting places for everyone - so the whole family gets their money's worth on the e-bike route. You can find out how to participate and even win great prizes here: ischgl.com/de/Events/Sommer-Highlights/Paznaun-Challenge/E-Bike-WMIt starts at the Silvretta cable car in Ischgl, from where you cycle relaxed through the village. Then you follow the bike path to Mathon, where a longer climb into Larein begins. If you want, you can extend the tour a bit and continue to the Lareinalm. Then you drive downhill and after a short counter climb through the Maißwald to Galtür and back to Mathon. On the other side of the valley, easy-to-cycle and alpine paths await you with wonderful views before you follow the last part of the cycle path to Ischgl.

It is not enough with a trail run - the light version of the Silvretta Run also belongs to the group of the Silvretta-Ferwall-Marsch. It is slightly longer than the small version with over 19.5 kilometers, which lead to a good part on forest roads, but also asphalt and trails. The run starts at Silvrettaplatz in Ischgl. You reach Mathron via the Dorfstraße and the Stöckwaldweg. Here you turn and walk through wonderful nature up to the Innerbergli. First through the wonderful alpine pasture, then you come down the steep path to the Larein Alpe. Always accompanied by great views, you finally walk across Tschaffein to the sports and cultural center of Galtür.And with that you are already at the end of the run. Press stop so that the "Paznaun Challenge" app can record your performance.Tip: If you like the course of this route, but you are not one of the runners in the world, you can of course conquer the Silvrettarun 3000 Light by hiking.

It all sounds fine and good for you, but you would rather run your part of the Silvretta-Ferwall march? No problem: with the Silvrettarun 3000, runners also get their money's worth. Either in the small or light version. The small version starts at Silvrettaplatz in Ischgl. The Dorfstrasse and later the Stöckwaldweg take you to Mathon. You will sooner or later come to the forest chapel via a wonderful forest path, which after a while is less overgrown and leads along the Trisanna. You finally walk via Tschaffein to Galtür, in front of whose sports and cultural center is the end point of your tour. Don't forget to press the stop button of your "Paznaun Challenge" app here and record your performance. The Silvrettarun 3000 Small is a total of almost eleven and a half kilometers long and largely consists of a forest road and asphalt. You can also do about 5% of the route on a natural trail.Tip: If you are not a runner, but the path still irritates you, you can of course also hike it.

Families should of course also enjoy the Silvretta-Ferwall march. At 14.5 kilometers, the family route is therefore not quite as long, but is nevertheless peppered with wonderful highlights and can also be mastered with a pram. Don't be put off by the altitude: 350 of them are taken over by the Alpkogelbahn. The tour starts in the village square of Galtür. You walk along the beautiful valley hiking trail and Wirl to the valley station of the Alpkogelbahn. Only a short time and many beautiful gondola views later you will find yourself at their mountain station, from where you first hike slightly uphill, then steadily downhill towards the Kops reservoir. The lake can be circumnavigated in two ways - but we strongly advise you to take a closer look at the dam. It will not only amaze you, but also possible smaller hiking colleagues.Passing the point where the Kops reservoir merges into the Zeinissee, you then start to march again over the Zeinisjoch and Wirl towards the starting point of your hike. When you arrive at the Galtür sports and cultural center, you have to hit the stop button. This means that the "Paznaun Challenge" app knows that you have reached the destination of the family route.

Ambitious mountain enthusiasts love the Ferwall route. With a total length of over 30 kilometers and almost 1,500 vertical meters to complete, it demands a lot of fitness - but it also brings you to all the more beautiful places. As always, the starting point of your tour is in the village square of Galtür. From here you make your way to Wirl, then up to the Zeinisjoch and shortly afterwards stand on the banks of the Zeinissees and the Kops reservoir. It goes uphill: from here steadily, past the Kleinzeinissee, the Verbella Alpe and the Heilbronnerhütte until you finally reach the Grieskogeljoch. The view from the summit, which is over 2,600 meters high, is phenomenal. You should only climb it if you are not afraid of heights. If you have enjoyed the summit flair long enough, you will start the descent again.A refreshment stop - the Friedrichshafener hut - is still waiting for you. Then you march over Tschaffein and through the magical Maaswald back to Galtür.Don't forget to press the stop button of the "Paznaun Challenge" app at the local sports and cultural center. With this you have reached the goal of the Ferwall route.

It’s going downhill now and then going a bit flatter - but you’re still quite a bit ahead of you.Passing the Friedrichshafener Hütte you make your way to Tschaffein. The Silvretta route is one of the tours that definitely demand a bit of physical fitness, but also lead you to some real natural treasures. Among other things, you hike a promising summit and two beautiful lakes. But let's get started in the village square of Galtür. Via Wirl and the Zeinisjoch you get to the Zeinissee and shortly afterwards to the Kops reservoir, on the mighty dam wall an impressive view awaits you. Then it goes high up to the 2,196 meters of the Breitspitze. Up here you can enjoy a fantastic panorama and - if brought with you - your snack. A little refreshment will do you good after the ascent. From now on it's just going downhill and leisurely. The path leads you to the Alpkogelbahn - on the way you can once again enjoy a clear view of the Kops Reservoir that you hiked earlier. Then you get on the train and let yourself float comfortably into the valley. You finally come back to Galtür via the idyllic valley hiking trail, where your destination is located at its sports and cultural center.Do not forget to press the stop button so that the "Paznaun Challenge" app also understands that you have successfully completed the Silvretta route.

Several lakes, a wonderful panorama and a typical alp await you on your way up to the dreamy Wiegensee. The small moor lake is the center of the Wiegensee conservation area. That means you can look forward to rare plants and untouched nature.Your car or the hiking bus (galtuer.com/de/Active/Active-Summer/Sommer-Services/Sommerbus) will take you toll-free to the banks of the Zeinissees. With the Silvretta Card All Inclusive, this bus trip is free of charge (galtuer.com/de/Active/Active-Summer/Silvretta-Card-all-inclusive). And you're already at the start of your hike. From here you hike slightly uphill past the crystal-clear Kleinzeinissee, enjoy fantastic views of the Kopsee and soon reach the Verbella Alpe.Once at the Alpe and maybe enjoyed one or the other specialty, it goes downhill for a while. You march through the impressive European protected area Wiegensee, a unique moor complex in the middle of the wild mountain landscape. To protect nature, please stay on the path!In the end it is the wonderful Wiegensee. It is one of the oldest reservoirs in the Montafon. But it wasn't pent up by humans, but the so-called rocking grass, a plant cover that you can see on the shore of the lake. It is a wonderful natural spectacle that you can enjoy for a while. Then you go back to the starting point in the same way.

One of the most beautiful mountain lakes that the Paznaun has to offer awaits you on this tour. Also included: wonderful views, untouched nature and, to warm up, a cozy gondola ride.Let's go with the latter: The slide will "float" you - with the Silvretta All Inclusive Card even free - up to the mountain. From then on, you have to rely on your legs. You walk past the Alpengasthof Dias and through wonderful nature to the junction "Bergwiesen Kappl", in the direction of which you also go. At the intersection behind the Diasbach (path number 6a) you take the direction Rifflakopf - Edmund-Graf-Hütte. It takes you to a saddle where you can enjoy a clear view of the valley. Then the Jägersteig with number 6a leads you to the Kieler Höhenweg (number 511) and this finally through the Blankatal to your destination: the Blankasee.Enjoy the silence and the crystal clear water of the peaceful mountain lake. If you brought a snack with you, now would be the perfect time to eat it. Then path 511 takes you back and number 11 continues to the (unmanaged) Durrichalpe. You come back to Kappl via path 10 and then 9.
