Quellholz Burial Mound Group Bad Doberan

The Glashäger Quellenbach meanders through the old beech forest. There are 3 burial mounds here. This wild and romantic nature invites you to hike and linger.

Unfortunately, the information sign is no longer there - but you can clearly see the burial mounds between the trees.

The old beech forest has changed a lot in the last 7 years due to drought and storms. This forest has suffered a lot. Unfortunately, the paths were not always well maintained and the bridges over the streams have broken. Here, hikers and bikers have helped themselves and shown initiative. The town of Bad Doberan has not done anything for a long time, and the spa forest has become neglected. What a pity.
