Pack enough water (3l minimum) then it is also doable at almost 30⁰C, as most of the time it is through the forest in the shade. I would always go up to the left, then you end up in the Strohwollen Gorge. Pack a hammock and a towel, then you can cool off your feet directly in the cold mountain stream. Definitely worth a try. Nice view and a good challenge for the weaker self.
