With just 28 hectares, the Großstolpener See is comparatively small if you look at the well-known neighboring lakes in the south of Leipzig. Nevertheless, or maybe because of that, it is a popular bathing resort with a beautiful sunbathing lawn, sandy beach and clear, blue water.
