Another beautiful section of the Siegradweg. In Dattenfeld you can visit Dattenfeld Castle and look out over the weir and the Sieg waterfalls from the Siegbrücke. Dattenfeld has a campsite and is therefore ideal as an overnight stop for long-distance cyclists!

Dattenfeld is worth a closer look, at least if you like historical walls. In addition to the two-tower Siegtaldom from the 19th century, Dattenfeld Castle and the Windeck ruins are also attractive.
In any case, it is worth leaving the bike path for 1-2 hours.
