The cemetery chapel has so far been little researched in architectural archeology. It is first mentioned in a document in 1301 as the "Church of the Holy Cross". In 1584 the cemetery around the Chapel of the Holy Cross was laid out and the cemetery in the center of the village around the parish church was closed.
