Road cycling
Allows you to spend part of the climb to Val-d'Isère in peace and quiet. Very few cars, cool forest air, and a pleasant road. You just have to descend a little and then climb back up to reach the main road, but what's 80 meters on a 1,000 meter climb? (or 2,000 for the Iseran).

Nice small road (D84b) trough the forest. Good condition of the road for a nice descent. Not much traffic.
