The brewery has been family-owned since 1856. Beer specialties are the Hopfen-Gold-Pils, a Märzen, the Loffelder Dunkel, a country beer, yeast wheat beer, as well as a non-alcoholic pilsner and a yeast wheat beer. Seasonally there is a Mai-Bock, Querkerla, a red beer, a summer beer and a Doppel-Bock.

The family brewery's beer is prepared with water from its own mountain spring and only with the best raw materials.
The own drinks market at the brewery inn is always open like the restaurant and also sells 5-liter kegs as hop gold pilsner, yeast wheat beer and Loffelder Dunkel. Of course they also sell boxes or mixed 6-packs.
