The Harkortsee is one of six Ruhr reservoirs. It is located directly at Wetter / Ruhr. This beautiful bike path is part of the RuhrtalRadweg and leads along the shore of the Harkortsees. As beautiful as the road is, it can be so full. On nice weather weekends, as a racing cyclist you'll probably prefer the parallel main road.
