From the Leineberglandbalkon you have a clear view of the skyline of Hanover in the north and the Brocken in the Harz mountains in the south-east. This is an open hiker's hut, which was built on a concrete base at a height of 307 meters, furnished with benches and tables. A nice stopover for hikes.

There are several different circular hiking trails. Also called Pottland trails (display boards). They are all well signposted (Du1, Du2, Du3, Du4, Du5, Du6). The routes can be hiked from 4 km to 15 km.
