The Danube Forest is one of the largest contiguous floodplain forests along German rivers and impresses with its extraordinary biodiversity.
You can discover this unique diversity over approximately 59 kilometers, spread over five stages between Günzburg and Schwenningen.
The first stage is ideal for a circular hike: The impressive "Danube slopes" take you from Offingen back to Günzburg.
