Cycling
When the tide is not at its highest point, you can cycle in the actual harbour here! You will have to do this as the footpaths are all marked NO CYCLING between Pook Lane and Langstone harbour. However, don't worry, the shore line is fairly firmly packed and the trail is used by walkers, runners and other cyclists once high tide has passed - you can either stick to the edge or use the 'worn' track when the tide is out a bit more. Good bit of fun and breaks up the normal ride!
