Plenty of wind debris and slop around. Trails have changed and set for the next few months!
Took a bad fall after a couple of miles. Left me on the sideline for half an hour to recover. L shoulder, elbow and leg will be tender for the next week or so......might have to claim benefits!!!!

Round Goodwood racetrack, over The Trundle, Devils humps, Racton Folly, Kingley Vale
A morning that started with a slight chill and mist....the first climb soon warmed me up 😀
Kingley Vale still looks like an area steeped in doomed and gloom, dead looking trees, trail that has climbs and cambers working together to throw riders OTB.

Lunchtime walk
Amazing what you find on your doorstep when you go for a bimble.
Miffed I couldnt get a better pic of the Spit, hear it so often but never caught it visually before 😀

Chanctonbury/Cissbury ring loop with a few add ons
One of my favourite rides on the Southdowns. Nice bridleways and single track. Lovely views and wildlife too.
Great climb out of Washington up to Chanctonbury ring......I used to end up on the granny gear, now I get up there with two or three gears to spare.

No specific route plan, just went where the wheels took me. Sometimes, those rides can be the best adventures 👍🚵♂️
Fair bit of road riding but still got good miles and decent climbs in. I'll class it as half ride/half rest day 🤣🤣
