The very lovingly family-run restaurant with a beer garden on the edge of the Palatinate Forest (between Horbach and Geiselberg, in the VG Waldfischbach-Burgalben), opposite the Moosalb campsite, is a good starting point for cyclists (Palatinate Mountain Bike Park) and hikers. The Moosalb hiking trail leads directly past the restaurant. Ideal for families with children. The food is very tasty and is always freshly prepared by the chef. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

My tip: Thursday is schnitzel day, for 6.50 euros you get a large portion of schnitzel with a side dish and salad, we ate it, very good. Tuesday is pizza day, I haven't been able to try it yet on my next short vacation to the square.
