In the 16th century, the Dagobert Cave is said to have hid King Dagobert from his own henchmen, having heard them discussing in the back how best to kill him.

The path is a short detour from the normal hiking trail. It leads through a picturesque meadow with a small stream and ends at the grotto. The cave as such is just a hole in the mountain, but it still looks very mysterious.

Small walk-in cave (witches hole). Here, in the 16th century, King Dagobert hid from his followers. He had heard that they had discussed how best to get rid of him.
