Symonds Yat Rock is known as one of the best viewpoints in the country for watching peregrine falcons. With far-reaching vistas down the stunning Wye Valley, it's a special place, and well worth the climb. As well as peregrines, it's a great place to spot other majestic birds of prey, including goshawks, sparrowhawks, buzzards and even migrating ospreys.
