😱 Final fully-loaded tester run on the bikes in our local area before we head on a McFam adventure to France this week. Things wobbled, straps flapped about, we had to do an emergency stop for brake maintenance 👩‍🔧🚨 and we figured out that whoever is riding Bernard the bike (with the trailer) is

One of my FAVE things to do when on a long car journey is to look for a green spot on the map, pull the car off the motorway 🛣 and then head out for a little run, somewhere new. Today that somewhere was Cannock Chase - it was LUSH! There are so many little trails shooting off in all directions. Perfect

Got up early doors, threw Storm the wonder toddler on our back and heffed it up to the high points overlooking Tonsai Bay before breakfast. It was SWEATY as anything, but super worth it. A really accessible hike on path or good trail.

This is such a fantastic lesser-known trail away from the popular resorts at Ton Sai Bay. you get a great feel for the main hub of Phi Phi as you run through town towards Loh dalhum beach but from then onwards the trail has you rock-hopping along the shore and twisting and turning through the jungle

A beautiful run out from the edge of Tonsai bay, dipping in and out of secluded coves until you pop out at stunning Long Beach - which is a hive of activity. You can then take the road back for a faster return!

The trail itself is ace, a mix of paving slabs, rough rocks and routes and gravel. It's got

A must-do run (or hike) if you're a keen explorer and in Patong Beach. You'll follow small alleyways through the back of town, cross over the colourful Soi Ratchapathanuson road and then vooomf! The trail kicks right up into the jungle.

I only saw a few people in the 90 minutes I was out, there's the
