Mountain Biking Highlight
High above the deeply cut Holzelfinger valley and on a mighty rock, once stood the castle Greifenstein. From the former proud castle today only wall remains are left. The main component of the castle was the keep - a strong tower that rose just behind the moat. Everything was crowding there, housing, fortifications, storage and prison. What has remained is the magnificent view of the surrounding countryside.
