Bike Touring Highlight
The Main bank between West and East Harbor is Frankfurt's longest lawn. When the weather is good, you can hardly see the lawn here because of people. Especially great skyline views offer from the south bank. Main café and kebab boat on the Untermain Bridge, aisle and aisles, Oosten and two cocktail bars at ECB level offer refreshments.
Frankfurt is the city with the highest cultural budget in Germany. This is mainly due to the numerous top-class museums. Many of them line up on the Museumsufer in the middle of the city.

Bankfurt ... Mainhattan ... In such popular names for Frankfurt am Main sounds the image of the skyscraper scenery. The city is considered the only one in Germany with a cityscape defining skyline of very tall buildings. This skyline as a whole, as well as individual skyscrapers are recognition and landmark of Frankfurt. More than 30 buildings reach a height of over 100 meters, and 15 of the 16 over 150 meter high skyscrapers in Germany can be found here.

In the summer there is open air cinema on the evening in the evening! Otherwise, I have to partially agree with the comment by Hauser. Especially the southern bank of the Main (Museumsufer) is sometimes overcrowded because of the beautiful view of the skyline on sunny days. One then deviates better on the north side.
