Inside is the Crespi chapel: a majestic tower-pyramid in log and concrete, decorated, which stands on the graves of the workers, small crosses arranged in an orderly manner in the English lawn.
In addition to being at the forefront of infrastructural equipment and services, important technological innovations were also introduced in this small city, such as electric lighting with the Edison system to improve both production efficiency and the quality of life of workers and employees.

The complex is set in an agricultural environment of cultivated countryside: the whole plot to the right of the avenue and the cemetery, now uncultivated undergrowth, was once cultivated with vineyards and orchards while on the opposite side there was cereal cultivation.
