The cemetery has a rectangular planimetric shape. The entrance is located in the middle of the major side, right in front of a majestic pyramidal funeral monument.
In the central meadows of the cemetery, conceived in an evidently Anglo-Saxon style, the small stones are neatly arranged, all strictly the same, in perpetual memory of those who were buried at the expense of the company.
The first rows are often occupied by children, while on the perimeter the tombs of those who, for their own personal aspiration, preferred to have a more important tomb at their own expense were instead arranged.
The Crespi mausoleum rises above everything, immense, majestic, cumbersome. A pyramid of cement and Adda log that emerges from the earth and embraces all those who gave their lives for the size of the factory.
