The hike from the Nature House to the Hermitage to Hardegg, over the bridge a round in the CZ, then on the summit cross in Hardegg, we have often gone in the spring, autumn and winter. Was always an experience and if you take some time to see the castle is the trip very worthwhile. The Waldviertler pastries in the inn in Hardegg, or nature conservation house are worth the trip and round off the hike.
