The Mösloh windmill is a Wallhollander with passage for harvest wagons. The typical, slightly conical mill tower with an octagonal floor plan is made of bricks. The cap carries four sail wings and a compass rose. The mill was built between 1850 and 1860. In a fire in 1909/10, the cap, wings and all wooden parts were destroyed. The mill was not made operational again until 1923: The cap, blades and mill technology were taken over from the Möllersche Mühle Petershagen, which was demolished in the same year (was about 100 m away from the Büschingsche Mühle, which still exists today). The Mösloh mill was operated with wind power until the 1950s and with motor power until the 1970s. In 1987 it was bought by a family from Osnabrück and completely restored by 1992. More than ten years ago I had the unbelievable luck of a personal tour of the mill from the owner. Otherwise, the mill is rarely open, if at all.

In recent years, the mill has unfortunately made an increasingly neglected and neglected impression. It stands a little outside of the village in an open field and can be reached by bike via an equally unkempt, rather bumpy path.
