La Torrassa del Moro

La Torrassa del Moro is an ancient Roman watchtower located in the Sierra del Corredor. It is located in a beautiful natural environment and can be visited on weekends and holidays.

The Torre del Moro or Torrassa is a Roman watchtower in the Sierra del Corredor in Llinars del Vallès (Vallès Oriental). One of the emblematic archaeological monuments of the lands of Vallès is the Torrassa del Moro. It is traditionally ascribed to Roman times, at 416 m. of altitude on the mountain range of the Corridor. Declared a Cultural Asset of National Interest, it has recently been the subject of a restoration promoted by Llinars City Council and the Department of Culture of the Generalitat de Catalunya. It can be visited every weekend and public holidays from 9 am to 1 pm.
