Parkhouse Hill, known locally as the Dragon's Back, is a small but challenging hill in the Peak District. The hill is the remains of an atoll - a 'reef knoll' - believed to have existed during the Carboniferous period when the area was covered by a tropical sea. Amazing views. Be very careful running over Parkhouse, especially in wet weather. The knife-edge gets very slippery in places and the drop is steep. Excellent fun, though.
