The museum, set up by volunteers from L'Entente Mine Cockerill, containing fossils, lamps and mining tools, as well as other artifacts, is open to visitors every day from April 1 at the following times;
From Monday to Friday :
Morning from 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Afternoon from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday morning from 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
The Entente Mine Cockerill offers guided tours for groups (from eight people) on the mine floor, on request from the Ellergronn Nature and Forest Center. Duration of the visit approximately 2 hours.

We reported to the very nice employee at the reception of the nature conservation center and then someone opened the museum for us! You can combine that with a hike!

Great place showcasing the mining history. You can find a panel with the explanation of the builiding now restored into a restaurant and brewery.
