Küchenmeister Hut

The Schutzhütte Küchenmeisterhütte is located in the "Küchenmeister" vineyard above Rödelsee and is on the hiking trail to Schwanberg. The wines of the Lage Küchenmeister have always been considered top-quality wines in Franconia and were previously preferred by well-known personalities (e.g. Privy Councilor J. W. von Goethe). The high mineral content paired with a fine spicy fruit make the wines unmistakably mature. The very high proportion of Silvaner vines in this location shapes the level of awareness.

The Silvanerherz Franconia is what you call the "kitchen master" - location at the foot of the Schwanberg. The Küchenmeister refuge was built there in 1999 by the Rödelsee community.
