In the beautiful Prümtal near Holsthum and Prümzurlay are the many hop fields of the hop farmer Dick from Holsthum, who grows the premium hops for the Bitburger brewery. In the valley, in the deep soil of the Prüm, it thrives excellently. You can literally see him growing. The tall tendrils provide a great backdrop throughout the summer.
