Katzenbacher Hof Beer Garden

Since 1968, the Katzenbacherhof in the Spitalwald near Stuttgart-Vaihingen/Büsnau has been a destination for young and old. Large playground for children right next to the building.

The Katzenbacher Hof originated from a cattle farm that was run on behalf of the "Hospital for the Poor and Needy in Esslingen". At the beginning of the 19th century, Esslingen had the agricultural land reforested, except for five and a half acres. In 1896, the old buildings were demolished. A forester's house with a guest room - today's tourist restaurant - was built and is now a listed building.

For the little ones there is a large playground with 2 meadows (which relaxes the adults). If you want to hike, forest in front of the door in all 4 directions. And as a bike (between) goal, he is also excellent - in general, the situation ...! There is only room for air when it comes to food, but everyone has to test that for themselves.
