Clarahütte

The Clara Hut, at 2,038 metres in the rear Umball Valley, can be reached in two to three hours from the Ströden car park via the Umball Falls. It is located right at the foot of the Rötspitze. Friendly hosts and good food (the hut owner is a chef) invite you to visit.

Very nice day tour that you can do with sure-footed children.

The lovingly self-made information signs down in the valley already suggest it: the hut stands out from the crowd. The location is of course wonderful in this wild glacier valley, but the innkeepers are special: super friendly, the cake was outstandingly delicious, the cappuccino as good as in a cafe. Everything was made with a lot of passion and love - I will have fond memories.
