The heart island in the Brückentinsee
AT ANY TIME A JOURNEY VALUE
The heart-shaped and 40,000m² large island is located in the "Feldberg Lake District Nature Park", 3km from the nearest settlement, surrounded by dense forests.
The seclusion and tranquility make the island a bird paradise. So nest here u.a. Osprey, Peregrine Falcon and Great Crested Grebe.
The island can be explored on a 700m long circular route.
A 3m wide wooden bridge, which hotel guests can drive by car, connects the island with the mainland.
