Rakov Škocjan Valley

This beautiful karstic valley, crossed by two dirt roads, has many natural curiosities, such as arches and bridges, as well as caves formed by the action of water on the rock. The result: natural wonders, like so many places for discovery and fun. Many hiking trails take you there. You will find in the heart of the valley, a hotel-restaurant which bears the same name as this small nature reserve. You can eat there on their large terrace. They have bedrooms and there is also the possibility of pitching the tent for the night. A good option for accommodation just 6 kilometers from Cerknica.
