There is also the opportunity to park the car at the old sheep farm.
From here you first follow the Amtsbotenweg, marked by the blue helmet, until you come to a fork in the path on circular hiking trail 5.
Here you have the choice to turn left or continue straight ahead.
We keep to the left here and follow the well-signposted path through sparse mixed forest, on sometimes narrow and muddy paths.
