On behalf of the Biological Conservation Society Hunte, BSH, nature here is allowed to spread uninfluenced again. Sheepfarm directly on the lowland area of Lethe, which flows past 100m away. Heath, fern and more settle and offer a refuge for fauna and flora. Man stands in wonder and enjoys.

A well-known sheep pen is located in the far west of Bissel, on the border with Beverbruch, near the Lethe. The sheepfold was placed under nature protection because of its historical importance. The Koben lies on the northern edge of a small heath landscape with which a piece of the formerly uncultivated Bisseler Lethen lowland was preserved.
