We were on meadow paths that are being mowed.
The Güssinger Ramsar area covers 150 hectares. Over 300 plant species are found here and 244 bird species have been identified. The area is an important resting place for migratory birds and a wonderful biotope for observing nature of all kinds. Interesting information on the flora and fauna of the large pond and wetland area can be found on display boards.
