Beautiful castle ruins with a magnificent view. Unfortunately, the vantage point on the tower with the panoramic windows is very small and of course heavily frequented. A well-designed information board provides the important "technical data" on the former castle and its history. The castle gate is signposted and offers a separate entrance to the ruins, it is well preserved.

Beautiful castle ruins with a great view of the town of Velburg. At the top of the castle tower you have a wide view of the surrounding area. You can have a good picnic on the wide castle wall.
