A chapel building association was founded in Weickenricht in 1997 to build the St. Christopher chapel on a hill. Located on the edge of the forest, the building blends in beautifully with the surrounding area thanks to various shrubs and bright flower arrangements. Since its construction, the chapel has become the center of the Seugast-Weickenricht village community and is used very actively by young and old, but also by foreign associations.
