The church that was originally located in Gallicchiano (around 1200) is now located in Riviano and was rebuilt at the end of the 1700s. The church is flanked by a chapel dedicated to the Balèr Madonna, that is to say of the chestnuts cooked in the water, celebrated every year on the second Sunday of October.
