    From the chronicle of Moritz Prescher, Oberuellenau:
    "Count Camilo von Marcolini (1778-1789), lord of Ober- and Niederlichtau, Elector of Saxon. Worthy secret derrath, chief chamberlain, director of the porcelain manufactory, general director of the art academies in Saxony and chief of the stable, also of the St. Stephan order knight. He was Born in Pano, Italy in 1739, he built the Marcolinische Palais in Dresden, now the municipal hospital.
