The house forest chapel once stood under Kostelní vrch near the village of Srní and was founded in 1820. In 1957 this building was destroyed during the construction of the military area. Next to the chapel there was a healing spring that was the destination of many pilgrims. In 2006 the foundations of the chapel and the spring were restored, today the NS Okolo Kostelního vrchu crosses this place.
