There is a nice ostrich tavern with shady and sunny spots. It is open on weekends, with registration also during the week. Reservations are recommended on sunny weekends. The latest information can be viewed on the website: strausswirtschaftschurig.de/index.htm.

Very nicely located and beautifully designed. Today it was open from 1pm and the gate was open, so we went in. But there were no guests there (yet) and we wandered around the beautiful garden because we didn't really know where to report. At around 1.15pm the owner obviously came out of the house and unfortunately barked at us, asking why we were on her property. We decided to leave rather than enjoy wine here...
