I think you are confusing the Tegelberg via ferrata with the 12 apostle ridge;)
Nice rock climbing with grasschrof and mountain pine passages, if you don't want to climb to IV-, you can take a 30 meter rope with you. I only rappelled once to the Säulingwiese ^^
