There is everything you could wish for in a bathing lake: barbecue area, kiosk, playgrounds, toilets, changing rooms, raft island, sandy beach, mud area for children and of course large sunbathing areas!

Hiking

In 1959 the reservoir was built. It reduces the risk of flooding in the Leintal and in the middle Kochertal valley. In the October 2017 photos, his water is drained to remove the mud deposits that have formed over the years. In summer it is a beautiful lake.
