Anningerhaus

Like the top dog, the Anninger Schutzhaus is centrally located on the Anninger. The kitchen is good. In the warm season, it's worth taking a break here during a lengthy mountain bike tour, in order to then ski down from the Anninger. There are several options here:
- a downhill to Gaaden via the Jubilee Observatory
- via the forest road to Gaaden
- via the forest road to the Prokschhütte
- via forest paths in the direction of Richardshof / Prisnitztal
- via the forest road back to Mödling
- via the forest road to Hinterbrühl
- via the forest road and the border path to the hussar temple
and so forth.

The Anninger area south of Vienna and especially the Anningerschutzhaus have always been a popular excursion destination in the Vienna Woods.
