After passing the Passo di Rocca Pia the path goes downhill for a long stretch, until you reach the marked stretch where it becomes steep until you come out into the pastures of Malga Fanta

After passing the Rocca Pia pass, feasible for both dogs and children aged <10, on the right next to the trenches, you enter the woods. From here you will find a false floor, where in my opinion it is advisable: basic equipment (boots and snowshoes) H-harness for the dog and a hiking leash; it is not suitable for children under 10 years old. Up to the indicated stretch it is not particularly dangerous, but it is necessary to pay attention to where you put your feet. But once you get to this uphill hairpin bend, you need to pay VERY ATTENTION to dogs and children, better keep them close. You need a good physical preparation! Furthermore, once the ascent is over, where the flat sections begin, there will be a section of about 50 meters, where an overhang appears on the left. So, although the path is easy, I also recommend keeping the puppies below in this section. Once you get to the grassy expanse of meadows, the music changes from there, and the area becomes safe.

I would avoid making the route in case of rain, and bring crampons in case of snow. I would totally exclude the participation of dogs or children in these cases for their safety.
