At home I googled that this is a section of the Wilstalbahn. It was a 22 km long. single-track, non-electrified branch line in the Hintertaunus and led from Weilburg via Weilmünster to Grävenwiesbach.
Construction began in 1889 and from 1955 sections were gradually shut down and tracks were dismantled. See Wikipedia.
